We called out to our RayTK community, and not only did they show up - they blew us away!
This past May, we hosted the 2nd annual RayTK 30-Day Challenge, inviting digital artists, designers, and experimental coders from around the world to create and share artworks based on a new prompt each day. From “Art Deco” to “Rainbow,” “Fractal” to “Decay,” the submissions showcased yet again what’s possible with generative visual art.

What Is RayTK?
For those new here, RayTK is Immerse Studio’s custom-built render engine—a creative toolkit designed off TouchDesigner that allows artists to build complex, real-time raymarching visuals. What sets RayTK apart is its ability to blend artistry with technical control, creating a powerful playground for visual experimentation without the need for advanced coding skills. The scope of its capabilities are endless, as you can see in the range of submissions in this challenge alone!
A Month of Visual Exploration
Over 30 days, we saw artists breathe life into geometry, texture, light, and form. The variety of approaches—from meditative gradients to chaotic, glitch-inspired abstractions—was stunning.
Here are just a few of the incredible artists who participated and helped make this challenge so vibrant:
(Seriously—go follow all of them.) @a_drew.taylor @a.melv @allieabnormal @breakc0re231 @coleworldla @mar.co.gg @reactiveshaders @simulotion @swirld.visuals @utensil_works
It’s Bigger than Art
As a studio, we’re passionate about the intersection of art and technology. But more than that, we’re passionate about community. RayTK wouldn’t be what it is today without the artists who test it, break it, build with it, and make it better. The challenge was as much about highlighting visual skill as it was about building creative momentum, connecting with one another, and pushing boundaries together.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took part—whether you submitted once or all thirty days. Keep exploring. Keep making weird, wonderful art. And tag us in your RayTK creations—we love seeing what you’re up to.
